Swimming? Don’t forget to Protect Your Hair

6.jpg Resorts, pools and beaches are popular during the summer. While some people get the best protection for their skin, they tend to forget to protect their hair.
Swimming pools contain high levels of chemical, specifically chlorine, to keep the water bacteria-free. Unfortunately, this king of chemical can do great damage to your hair. They will strip your hair of moisture, making them brittle and easy to break.
To protect the hair from chlorine, you can protect your hair with conditioner before diving into the pool. But the easiest and most inexpensive way to protect your hair is to use a swimming cap.
