For the swimming pool fanatics, beware! Take care to protect your hair from chlorine damage. The chlorine in the water will cause bleahing to your hair, if the pool water is left on your hair without washing your hair immediately. So, your hair will become discolored or beached strongly. This looks very unattractive, besides hair will not be healthy at all. Protect your hair from cholrine. Use deep hair conditioners. Also, one home remedy is to wash your hair with apple cider vinegar. Then follow with club soda. These home remedies wil remove excess chlorine from your hair. The process is called carbonation.

The rays of the sun can also damage your hair. Wear a hat or a cap, though sometimes it may look funny, depending on the setting or your activity. Thin of other protection, like a bandana.
